When touring houses, Seth was always an honest third opinion, who could help my wife and I walk through the house and make sure it was the right fit for us. He was never pushy, and could always tell if my wife and I were trying to convince ourselves to like a home that really wasn’t for us. Paperwork was a breeze, and Seth was very helpful when writing up an offer. Matt was an awesome landlord. Matt always responded asap and had solutions for every situation. Our heat went out late one night, Matt got us space heaters for the night and had it repaired asap the next day, all while we even had a covid positive in the house. We met Matt when we were living abroad and looking for a home in the Madison area. He wholeheartedly took on the challenge of our situation and scheduled showings (via video chat) that worked with our schedules and the fourteen hour time difference. Many of our friends wondered how we could feel comfortable home shopping via video chat. After a few showings with Matt, we felt completely comfortable due to his attention to detail. We have worked with Matt McGrady now twice - once to buy our house in Madison and again to sell it three years later when we moved out of state. Matt could not have been more supportive as we went through both of these huge life transitions. As anyone will tell you, the real estate market is crazy right now and Matt guided us through each step of the buying and selling processes, making them so much easier on us. There was never any pressure from him - he wanted us to make the best decisions for us, and consistently went above and beyond to help us. What makes Matt stand apart? He is incredibly responsive and often returns our emails and texts within minutes. He has been working in the Madison area for many years and truly understands market trends. He payed close attention to who we were and what we were looking for when we were buying, right down to the "vibe" of the house. During the emotional process of buying and selling he always stayed levelheaded and talked us down a few times when we were getting frustrated or worn down. When we sold our house recently, Matt really went the extra mile. While we did find a great house quickly after we started looking, I can say without a doubt, Seth would have stuck through it looking for the best property to suit our needs. Seth helped me list and sell my home during the Christmas holiday season which is not an ideal time to sell. He also helped me aggressively market my house and I received an offer over the asking price 3-4 days after it was listed. He viewed numerous properties to purchase with me, often on a moments notice without tiring or complaint. He explained all of my options when I was almost bumped from a property for which I had an offer and with these options, I was able to still purchase the property. He was persistent in maintaining contact with the other involved realtors and was patient is helping me navigate the house selling/ buying process as I had not done that in 16 years. He answered my calls, texts and emails at all hours and on the holidays. Above all, he was always positive and encouraging, especially when I was busy and tired from the house process in general and he always kept me apprised of my next steps along the way so that I did not have to worry about that. Overall, he is friendly, hardworking, funny and very committed to his customers. As I said on a FB post, he is the best realtor to walk this earth and I will refer him to all I know!!!

This is my second time working with Seth. This time to both sell this house and buy a different condo due to unfortunate life circumstances. However, Seth remained positive throughout and guided me graciously through the process of buying once again as well as going step by step through the selling process. He has a great personality with quick replies to messages and most importantly he's not one of those pushy, you should buy this because i'm only here to make money agents. He truly cares about his clients and he will look out for your best interests ever step of the way. Hands down I would choose him again in the future.

We met Seth when we were looking to buy a new home and sell our current home. The praise came at the closing when the realtor from the other side said that Seth was one of the best realtors he had ever worked with. By that time I was so pleased with Seth’s expertise and friendliness, the compliments came as no surprise. He served as my real estate broker through the For Sale By Owner site. I didn't contract with the full service until after I had already negotiated the price with the buyer. However, he was a tremendous help through the closing process. Responded within minutes to all of questions and let me know what I had to do very clearly. I only wish I had signed up for the full service right away rather than waiting until the end. I may have gotten more for my house.

Seth was soooo!!! excellent. From the very beginning he made EVERYTHING EASY. Not only is he a great guy, he is also caring, very knowledgeable and available. All I had to do was get the house ready for open houses. When I did get an offer, Seth handled EVERYTHING SEAMLESSLY. The only thing I had to do was let him know how much I would sell the house for and show up for closing.
It couldn't have been a better experience.
