Westmorland

The Westmorland neighborhood is a residential area located on the near west side of Madison, Wisconsin. It is bounded by University Avenue to the north, Midvale Boulevard to the east, Mineral Point Road to the south, and Whitney Way to the west. The neighborhood is situated just west of the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus and is approximately 3 miles from the city’s downtown area.

The Westmorland neighborhood is known for its tree-lined streets, well-maintained homes, and family-friendly atmosphere. It features a mix of single-family homes and duplexes, with a range of architectural styles, including Colonial Revival, Tudor Revival, and Ranch.
