These guys embarked on what was sure to be a tough mission when they decided to sell their home in DeForest to move out to the country! As so, we started searching for the perfect property that needed to include, a home that was in decent condition so they could move right away; plenty of acreage and pastures for their doggos, future horses, goats, and chickens! A barn that was in good enough condition to house said animals!

And after looking a few properties throughout Dane and surrounding counties, we found it… the perfect property for them! It took some creative offer and negotiating skills, and we were up against competing offers, but in the end, we prevailed and these two moved in to their dream property!

Because of their busy schedules and location across the country it took some serious out-of-the-box thinking to show them homes using FaceTime and other electronic mediums! In the end, we found the perfect home for them and they made an offer sight-unseen!

Nothing is more satisfying than hearing a client say “It’s perfect!” the first time they see their new home in person!
