Congratulations to my sellers! This property had 72 showings, and we received 21 offers after the first weekend! With so many offers, going through them all and making the right decision may seem like a daunting task! After laying out the details in a spreadsheet for them and walking through each one in detail with them, I was able to help them navigate through all the offers and made it easy for them to choose the buyer they wanted to work with!
