Congratulations on your new lake home!

It has been a life-long dream of Ben’s to own a lake cottage on Lake Ripley in Cambridge Wisconsin, and I am honored to have been able to help make this dream a reality for Ben and his beautiful family! This home for sale last fall when the seller’s decided to remove it from the market over the winter. With some hard work and persistence, we were able to avoid competition and successfully negotiate an under asking price offer that was accepted before it went back on the open market!
