He also helped me aggressively market my house and I received an offer over the asking price 3-4 days after it was listed. He viewed numerous properties to purchase with me, often on a moments notice without tiring or complaint. He explained all of my options when I was almost bumped from a property for which I had an offer and with these options, I was able to still purchase the property. He was persistent in maintaining contact with the other involved realtors and was patient is helping me navigate the house selling/ buying process as I had not done that in 16 years. He answered my calls, texts and emails at all hours and on the holidays.
