Congratulations MK and Kiefer on the purchase of their new home!

MK and Kiefer found me when they decided to sell their Condo and purchase a larger home. Unfortunately, they were not happy with their current broker and decided to give me a call, and thank goodness they did! After helping to make the sale of their condo a smooth and painless experience, they asked if I would be willing to help them with the search for their new home, and I was overjoyed to accept! The ned result, was an accepted offer on their dream home! Even with the competing buyers, I was able to write the winning offer, and we didn’t need to sacrifice the inspection or appraisal!
